- 1 and 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Mix the ingredients in a large bowl: combine 2 cups of cottage cheese and 1 and 1/2 cups of panko breadcrumbs until well incorporated.
- Shape your tots by taking small handfuls of the mixture and forming them into tot-sized bites, placing them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake them in your preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
- Cool slightly on the sheet before serving warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
Ensure cottage cheese is well-drained for the right texture. Consider adding more breadcrumbs if the mixture is too wet.
