Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 and 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp onion powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs (optional)
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • Grated cheese (Parmesan or cheddar, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the ingredients in a large bowl: combine 2 cups of cottage cheese and 1 and 1/2 cups of panko breadcrumbs until well incorporated.
  3. Shape your tots by taking small handfuls of the mixture and forming them into tot-sized bites, placing them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake them in your preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
  5. Cool slightly on the sheet before serving warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
