- 1 1/2 cups Oat Flour
- 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 1/2 cup Nut Butter or Seed Butter
- 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix oat flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the egg and add milk, maple syrup, and nut butter. Mix until smooth.
- Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in dark chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter in the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Cool completely, cut into squares, and serve.

Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature, 1 week in the fridge, or 3 months in the freezer.
