Description

A healthier alternative to traditional brownies, packed with nutty goodness and hearty oats, perfect for snacks or desserts.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Oat Flour
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Nut Butter or Seed Butter
  • 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix oat flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the egg and add milk, maple syrup, and nut butter. Mix until smooth.
  4. Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  5. Fold in dark chocolate chips.
  6. Spread the batter in the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Cool completely, cut into squares, and serve.
