- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the tofu into strips about 1-inch wide.
- Combine honey and mustard in a bowl to create a smooth sauce.
- Dip each tofu strip into the honey mustard sauce and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Arrange the coated tofu strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
