Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt until evenly combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, oil, and vanilla extract until blended.
- Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture, stirring until you have a smooth batter.
- Pour the batter into your prepared baking pan and sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top.
- Bake for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for at least 20 minutes before cutting into squares.
