Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Fresh Strawberries
  • 1 1⁄2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/3 cup Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • A tiny pinch of Salt

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine strawberries, Greek yogurt, and honey (or maple syrup). Blend until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. Add lemon juice if using.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
  5. To unmold, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
  6. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
