- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 (4 oz) can diced green chiles
- Spices: chili powder, cumin, cayenne to taste
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and allow the cream cheese to reach room temperature.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine Monterey Jack, white cheddar, cream cheese, and heavy cream. Stir continuously for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Add diced green chiles and spices. Stir for another 2-3 minutes.
- Continue cooking, stirring often, until the dip is warm throughout.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or veggies.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. If reheating, add a splash of heavy cream if it thickens too much.
