- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Tortilla chips or crackers for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the smoked gouda cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, crumbled bacon, green onions, garlic powder, black pepper, smoked paprika, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.
Notes
