Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Tortilla chips or crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the smoked gouda cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, crumbled bacon, green onions, garlic powder, black pepper, smoked paprika, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
