A creamy and smoky dip featuring gouda cheese, crispy bacon, and perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 8 slices bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled
  • 1 ½ cups shredded smoked Gouda cheese
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 green onions, finely sliced
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream, blending until smooth.
  3. Stir in the shredded smoked Gouda, aged cheddar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and green onions. Fold in most of the crumbled bacon.
  4. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and spread it out evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining bacon over the top and bake for 15-20 minutes, until bubbly and lightly golden.
  6. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, garnish, and serve hot with your chosen dippers.
