- 8 slices bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled
- 1 ½ cups shredded smoked Gouda cheese
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 green onions, finely sliced
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream, blending until smooth.
- Stir in the shredded smoked Gouda, aged cheddar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and green onions. Fold in most of the crumbled bacon.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and spread it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining bacon over the top and bake for 15-20 minutes, until bubbly and lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, garnish, and serve hot with your chosen dippers.
