- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
- 3 tbsp brown butter
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut the Brussels sprouts in half and toss them in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and chili flakes until well-coated.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
- While the sprouts are roasting, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat until browned.
- Remove from heat and stir in the honey.
- Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and drizzle them with the hot honey brown butter.
- Toss gently to coat and serve warm.
