Description

A delicious twist on classic roasted Brussels sprouts, featuring rich brown butter and a sweet-spicy hot honey drizzle.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 3 tbsp brown butter
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the Brussels sprouts in half and toss them in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and chili flakes until well-coated.
  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
  5. While the sprouts are roasting, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat until browned.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in the honey.
  7. Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and drizzle them with the hot honey brown butter.
  8. Toss gently to coat and serve warm.
