Description

A delicious twist on traditional brownies, this Hot Fudge Brownie Bread features a moist texture and fudge-like center that will satisfy your sweet tooth.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (sifted)
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup hot fudge sauce
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Melt the butter, then stir in the sugar until combined.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt, then mix into the wet ingredients.
  5. Gently fold in the hot fudge sauce and chocolate chips.
  6. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes; a toothpick should come out with few moist crumbs.
  8. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For a gooey texture, slightly underbake. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3 days or refrigerate for 1 week.
