- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (sifted)
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup hot fudge sauce
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Melt the butter, then stir in the sugar until combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt, then mix into the wet ingredients.
- Gently fold in the hot fudge sauce and chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes; a toothpick should come out with few moist crumbs.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For a gooey texture, slightly underbake. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3 days or refrigerate for 1 week.
