Description

A simple, nutritious, and delicious layered parfait made with creamy Greek yogurt, sweet honey, crunchy granola, and fresh berries. This easy-to-assemble breakfast or snack is both satisfying and visually appealing, offering a perfect balance of protein, fiber, and natural sweetness.

Ingredients

– 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
– 2 tablespoons Raw Honey
– 1 cup Granola
– 1 cup Mixed Fresh Berries

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt and honey until well combined and smooth.
  2. If using large strawberries, slice them. Keep other berries whole if small.
  3. In serving glasses or bowls, begin layering: start with a spoonful of the honey yogurt mixture at the bottom.
  4. Add a layer of granola on top of the yogurt.
  5. Add a layer of mixed berries.
  6. Repeat the layers until the glass is full, finishing with a layer of yogurt, a sprinkle of granola, and a few berries on top.
  7. Drizzle with a little extra honey and garnish with optional chopped nuts or a mint leaf.
  8. Serve immediately for the best texture, or refrigerate for up to an hour before serving.

Notes

  • For a vegan version, use plant-based yogurt (like coconut or almond yogurt) and maple syrup instead of honey.
  • Assemble the parfait just before eating to prevent the granola from getting soggy.
  • Feel free to customize with other fruits like sliced bananas, peaches, or mango.
  • Make your own granola for a healthier option with controlled sugar and fat content.
