Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim ends of Brussels sprouts and cut in half. Rinse and pat dry thoroughly.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Sriracha, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place Brussels sprouts in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and honey-Sriracha mixture. Toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until tender and caramelized.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
