Description

A comforting one-pan dish featuring slices of kielbasa and vibrant vegetables coated in a sweet honey garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Make the Honey Garlic Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic until smooth. Set aside for later.
  2. Heat the Skillet: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Cook the Kielbasa: Add the sliced kielbasa to the skillet and let it cook for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until lightly browned.
  4. Add the Veggies: Toss in the bell peppers, onion, and broccoli florets. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Combine Everything: Pour the honey garlic mixture over the kielbasa and vegetables, stirring well to coat.
  6. Season and Serve: Finally, season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
