- 1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Make the Honey Garlic Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic until smooth. Set aside for later.
- Heat the Skillet: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the Kielbasa: Add the sliced kielbasa to the skillet and let it cook for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until lightly browned.
- Add the Veggies: Toss in the bell peppers, onion, and broccoli florets. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Combine Everything: Pour the honey garlic mixture over the kielbasa and vegetables, stirring well to coat.
- Season and Serve: Finally, season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Feel free to mix seasonal vegetables for diverse flavors.
