Instructions
- Boil the water until it reaches a rolling boil (about 5-7 minutes).
- Remove from heat and brew chamomile for 5-7 minutes.
- While steeping, warm the milk in a saucepan over medium heat until steaming.
- Froth the milk until it is airy and light.
- Sweeten the brewed tea with honey, adjusting sweetness to taste.
- Combine the frothy milk with the sweetened tea and stir gently.
- Garnish with ground cinnamon, if desired, and enjoy!
