- 2 oz cream cheese, cut into chunks
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a medium skillet over medium heat, swirling occasionally to prevent sticking (about 1-2 minutes).
- Add the honey and stir until well combined, cooking for an additional 30 seconds until bubbling.
- Stir in the frozen corn and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the corn is heated through and tender.
- Reduce heat to low and add the cream cheese, stirring until fully melted and blended (2-3 minutes).
- Simmer for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, and serve hot.
Notes
For best flavor, use grass-fed butter and local raw honey. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge.
