Description
A nostalgic homemade version of Strawberry Toaster Strudels made with flaky puff pastry and rich strawberry jam.

- 1 package puff pastry (thawed and kept cold)
- 1/3–1/2 cup strawberry jam (all-natural preferred)
- For the Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar (sifted)
- 3–4 tablespoons non-dairy milk (or regular milk)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out your puff pastry on a clean surface and cut it into rectangles, about 4×6 inches.
- Spoon 1-2 tablespoons of strawberry jam onto the center of each rectangle, leaving a half-inch border.
- Fold the pastry over the jam and seal the edges with a fork.
- Place the filled pastries on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- While baking, whisk together the powdered sugar and non-dairy milk for the glaze.
- Let the strudels cool slightly before drizzling the glaze over them.
Notes
Choose organic ingredients when possible. Ensure puff pastry is at room temperature for easier handling.
