Description

Delightful treats capturing the classic campfire dessert, combining marshmallows, chocolate, and graham crackers into crunchy clusters.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 2 cups chocolate chips (semi-sweet recommended)
  • 2 cups graham cracker pieces
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (optional, for caramel clusters)
  • 1 cup caramel (optional, for caramel clusters)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and graham cracker pieces. Stir until evenly distributed.
  2. If making caramel clusters, melt butter and caramel together in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted butter and caramel over the mixture in the bowl and stir gently until well-coated.
  4. Drop tablespoon-sized portions onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, allowing space as they will spread slightly.
  5. Let cool for about 20 minutes or until set before enjoying.

Notes
