- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, chopped nuts, seeds, and salt.
- In a small saucepan, heat the peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract over low heat for 2-3 minutes until melted and combined.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until everything is nicely coated.
- Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet evenly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before breaking into clusters.
