Ingredients

- 1.5 cups Water (divided into 1 cup and ½ cup)
- ½ cup Maple Syrup or Honey
- 3 tbsp Unflavored Gelatin
- Pinch of Sea Salt
Instructions
- Bloom the Gelatin: Stir the gelatin into ½ cup of cold water and let it sit for 3-5 minutes until it becomes gel-like.
- Boil Your Syrup Mixture: In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water, maple syrup, and sea salt. Boil for 8 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Combine: Pour the syrup mixture over the bloomed gelatin cautiously.
- Whip it Good: Using a mixer, whip the mixture on medium-high for 5-10 minutes until it reaches soft peaks.
- Set the Marshmallow: Pour the mixture into a lined 9×13 pan and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set.
- Cut and Serve: Once set, cut the marshmallows into squares or shapes and enjoy!
