A flavorful blend of spices to elevate your Italian dishes.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb 95% lean ground beef (or turkey, chicken, pork)
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 3/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp dried fennel
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix together spices in a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Combine meat and spices in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Cook the mixture in a skillet until browned.

Notes

Store leftover seasoning in an airtight container. Can be frozen for later use.
