Ingredients
2 cups fresh or frozen fruit
1/4 cup honey or agave syrup
1/2 cup water or fruit juiceChef’s Tip
1 tbsp fresh lemon or lime juiceRecommendation
Instructions
- Purée each fruit separately with lemon juice and sweetener (if using). Strain if smoother texture is desired.
- Mix yogurt with vanilla. Layer fruit purées and yogurt in popsicle molds, swirling with a knife.
- Insert sticks and freeze 4+ hours until solid.
- To unmold: Briefly run under warm water.

- No molds? Use small cups with wooden sticks
