Description

Vibrant, all-natural fruit pops made with real fruit and no artificial colors or sweeteners. These easy freezer pops feature layers of fruity flavors and creamy yogurt for a refreshing summer snack that kids and adults will love.


Ingredients

2 cups fresh or frozen fruit

1/4 cup honey or agave syrup

1/2 cup water or fruit juiceChef’s Tip

1 tbsp fresh lemon or lime juiceRecommendation


Instructions

  1. Purée each fruit separately with lemon juice and sweetener (if using). Strain if smoother texture is desired.
  2. Mix yogurt with vanilla. Layer fruit purées and yogurt in popsicle molds, swirling with a knife.
  3. Insert sticks and freeze 4+ hours until solid.
  4. To unmold: Briefly run under warm water.

Notes

  • No molds? Use small cups with wooden sticks
  • For creamier texture: Blend fruit with yogurt
