- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- Pinch of sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Place the shredded coconut in a food processor.
- Blend for about 3-5 minutes until it begins to clump together.
- Continue blending, stopping to scrape down the sides, until smooth (10-15 minutes).
- Pour the coconut butter into a clean glass jar.
- Seal with a lid and store for up to 2 weeks at room temperature or 1 month in the fridge.

Ensure that the coconut is at room temperature before blending. Use a clean spoon to avoid contamination.
