Instructions

  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes.
  4. Gradually whisk in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve over your favorite pasta and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

For a silky finish, add a dash of pasta water. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
