Description

A vibrant, festive punch combining spiced rum, cranberry and orange juices, topped with ginger ale and fresh fruit.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup spiced rum
  • 2 cups cranberry juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup ginger ale
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: spiced rum, cranberry juice, orange juice, ginger ale, pomegranate seeds, orange, lime, and ice.
  2. In a large punch bowl, combine 1 cup spiced rum, 2 cups cranberry juice, 1 cup orange juice, and 1 cup ginger ale.
  3. Stir gently for about 30 seconds until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Add a generous amount of ice to the punch bowl.
  5. Finish by adding 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds, and slices of 1 orange and 1 lime to the bowl.
  6. Ladle the festive punch into glasses and enjoy!

Notes

Best served fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours if sealed tightly. Re-fizz with more ginger ale before serving.
