- 1 cup Zinfandel wine
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 orange, zested and juiced
- 1 cinnamon stick

Instructions
- Combine Zinfandel, sugar, orange juice, orange zest, cinnamon stick, ginger, and salt in saucepan.
- Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
- Add cranberries and return to boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer 10-15 minutes until cranberries burst and sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat and discard cinnamon stick.
- Cool completely before serving or storing.
Notes
- Sauce will thicken further as it cools.
