Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 5.3 oz sweet potato gnocchi
  • 1.5 cups kale
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1.5 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by mincing the garlic and tearing the kale into small pieces.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, add turkey with seasoning and cook until browned.
  3. Cook the gnocchi in the same skillet until golden and crispy.
