- 10 oz Frozen Pineapple (about 2 heaping cups)
- 3 Small Cooked Beets, Cubed (170g)
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Yogurt
- 1/3 Cup Coconut Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Raw Honey (optional)
- Pinch of Salt
Instructions
- Blend all popsicle ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a silicone popsicle mold using a funnel.
- Insert popsicle sticks into each slot and cover the mold.
- Freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight to set.
- Enjoy by carefully removing the popsicles from the molds.
