Description

A refreshing, guilt-free summer treat made with ripe mangoes and creamy yogurt.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 heaping cups mango (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup unsweetened yogurt (almond milk yogurt)
  • 23 Tbsp raw honey
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1/4 cup collagen peptides (optional)
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Blend all popsicle ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Prepare the popsicle mold by pouring the mixture, leaving a gap at the top.
  3. Insert popsicle sticks, centering them for easy removal.
  4. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  5. Enjoy the popsicles by running warm water over the molds to release them.

Notes

Use ripe mangoes for the best flavor. Store popsicles in a freezer-friendly container for up to 3 months.
