A refreshing, guilt-free summer treat made with ripe mangoes and creamy yogurt.
Ingredients

- 3 heaping cups mango (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup unsweetened yogurt (almond milk yogurt)
- 2–3 Tbsp raw honey
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 cup collagen peptides (optional)
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Blend all popsicle ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Prepare the popsicle mold by pouring the mixture, leaving a gap at the top.
- Insert popsicle sticks, centering them for easy removal.
- Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Enjoy the popsicles by running warm water over the molds to release them.
Notes
Use ripe mangoes for the best flavor. Store popsicles in a freezer-friendly container for up to 3 months.
