Description

A refreshing and guilt-free treat that combines juicy blueberries with creamy yogurt, perfect for any time of the day!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup yogurt (Greek or dairy-free)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, honey (if using), and vanilla extract. Stir until you reach a smooth consistency.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  3. Take each blueberry and dip it into the yogurt mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  4. Place the yogurt-coated blueberries onto the prepared baking sheet with some space in between.
  5. Pop the sheet into the freezer for at least two hours or until the clusters are solid.
  6. Once frozen, remove the clusters and transfer them to an airtight container. Keep in the freezer until ready to enjoy.

Notes

For added richness, consider mixing in a spoonful of cream cheese with the yogurt. They can last up to two months in the freezer.
