- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup yogurt (Greek or dairy-free)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, honey (if using), and vanilla extract. Stir until you reach a smooth consistency.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Take each blueberry and dip it into the yogurt mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- Place the yogurt-coated blueberries onto the prepared baking sheet with some space in between.
- Pop the sheet into the freezer for at least two hours or until the clusters are solid.
- Once frozen, remove the clusters and transfer them to an airtight container. Keep in the freezer until ready to enjoy.
Notes
For added richness, consider mixing in a spoonful of cream cheese with the yogurt. They can last up to two months in the freezer.
