- 4 slices of bacon
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Instructions
- Slice the cucumbers and onion into thin rounds.
- Cook the bacon in a medium skillet until crispy.
- Drain the bacon on paper towels and reserve some bacon fat.
- Prepare the dressing by whisking together vinegar, oil, reserved fat, salt, and pepper.
- Combine sliced cucumbers and onion with the dressing.
- Finish by adding crumbled bacon and fresh dill, then toss gently.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
