A creamy and decadent dairy-free chocolate ice cream that satisfies cravings without guilt, perfect for summer evenings.
Ingredients

- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/3 cup coconut cream
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 5 Medjool dates, pitted
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp collagen peptides (optional)
- 1/8 tsp salt
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint and freeze for 24 hours.
- Remove the pint from the freezer and level off if needed.
- Plug in the Ninja Creami and position the pint in the outer bowl.
- Turn on the Creami and select “Lite Ice Cream.” Adjust texture as needed.
- Store leftovers in the Creami pint with the lid on.
Notes
Use room temperature ingredients for better blending. Experiment with flavors by adding nut butter or espresso.
