Ingredients

- 1 cup organic baby spinach
- 2 large ripe bananas
- 5 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1/2 small avocado
- 2 Tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup collagen peptides (optional)
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt (coconut yogurt for dairy-free)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine all popsicle ingredients—baby spinach, bananas, Medjool dates, avocado, hemp seeds, cocoa powder, collagen peptides, yogurt, and vanilla into a high-powered blender.
- Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
- Add the popsicle sticks into the molds and ensure they’re centered.
- Freeze overnight or for at least six hours until completely solid.
- Store leftovers in an airtight plastic or silicone bag.
Notes
For a fun twist, sprinkle flaky sea salt on top before freezing.
