Description

Deliciously sneaky chocolate banana popsicles made with wholesome ingredients, ideal for a guilt-free summer treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup organic baby spinach
  • 2 large ripe bananas
  • 5 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/2 small avocado
  • 2 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup collagen peptides (optional)
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt (coconut yogurt for dairy-free)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine all popsicle ingredients—baby spinach, bananas, Medjool dates, avocado, hemp seeds, cocoa powder, collagen peptides, yogurt, and vanilla into a high-powered blender.
  2. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
  4. Add the popsicle sticks into the molds and ensure they’re centered.
  5. Freeze overnight or for at least six hours until completely solid.
  6. Store leftovers in an airtight plastic or silicone bag.

Notes

For a fun twist, sprinkle flaky sea salt on top before freezing.
