Description

Deliciously refreshing popsicles infused with CBD oil and bursting with tropical flavors.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 heaping cup fresh or frozen mango
  • 1 heaping cup fresh or frozen pineapple
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream (just the cream from a can of full-fat coconut milk)
  • 2 Tbsp raw honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
  • 46 droppers of CBD oil (adjust based on your preference)
  • 1/4 cup collagen peptides (optional for added protein)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prep the blender: Begin by placing all the popsicle ingredients—mango, pineapple, coconut cream, honey, CBD oil, collagen peptides, and a pinch of salt—into your blender.
  2. Blend away: Start on a low speed, gradually increasing until you achieve a smooth mixture, around 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  3. Fill the molds: Carefully pour the mixture into your molds, leaving a tiny bit of space at the top for expansion.
  4. Insert the sticks: Once filled, insert the sticks into each mold.
  5. Freeze it: Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze overnight, or at least 6 hours.
  6. Enjoy the magic: Once frozen solid, remove the popsicles from the molds and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra smooth mixture, blend longer but avoid overheating the blades. Keep the popsicles in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
