  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 1/2 cups finely chopped apple

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  2. In large bowl, whisk together almond milk, eggs, maple syrup, melted butter, and applesauce.
  3. Add oats, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and salt. Stir until combined.
  4. Fold in chopped apples and optional nuts.
  5. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
  6. Bake for 35 minutes until set and golden brown.
  7. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve warm with desired toppings.
