A warm and comforting Cheesy Hashbrown Casserole perfect for family gatherings or chilly days.
Ingredients

- 1 package (30 oz) frozen hash browns
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, melted butter, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth.
- Stir in the hash browns and half of the shredded cheddar cheese until well mixed.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and smooth it out.
- Top with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, consider garnishing with freshly chopped parsley or green onions. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-5 days.
