- 8 ounces pasta (rotini or penne)
- 1 cup cooked ham, diced
- 1 cup dill pickles, diced
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, diced ham, and diced dill pickles, tossing gently.
- In a separate bowl, mix softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and stir until well coated.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Just before serving, sprinkle fresh dill on top for garnish.
Notes
Can be prepared a day ahead; flavors improve with chilling. Adjust consistency with milk or more mayonnaise if needed.
