- 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 4 cups fresh arugula
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- 1/4 cup toasted walnuts or pecans
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp flaky sea salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- Optional: prosciutto or grilled bread for serving
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Brush peach halves with olive oil and grill cut-side down for 2-3 minutes until char marks appear.
- Remove peaches and let cool slightly, then slice into wedges.
- Arrange arugula on a serving platter and top with torn burrata.
- Add grilled peach slices around the cheese.
- Scatter with fresh basil and toasted nuts.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and honey.
- Sprinkle with flaky salt and black pepper.
- Serve immediately with optional prosciutto or grilled bread.
Notes
- Choose peaches that are ripe but still firm for best grilling results.
- Can substitute nectarines if peaches aren’t available.
