Ingredients

  • Halloumi Cheese
  • Zucchini
  • Bell Peppers (red, yellow, green)
  • Onions (red or sweet)
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oregano or Italian Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).
  2. Cut halloumi and vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
