  • 2 California avocados, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or zip-top bag, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat, lightly oiling the grates.
  3. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
