Description

A vibrant and nutritious green smoothie that combines fruits and leafy greens for a refreshing and healthy breakfast.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup kale, washed and chopped
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sweetener of choice (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add the chopped kale, mixed berries, sliced banana, and almond milk.
  2. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  3. If desired, add honey or sweetener and blend again for another 10 seconds.
  4. For an extra refreshing smoothie, add a handful of ice cubes and blend until crushed, about 15 seconds.
  5. Pour into your favorite glasses and enjoy!

Notes

Best consumed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days. Add a scoop of protein powder for an extra boost.
