Description

A refreshing twist on the classic Bloody Mary, made with tomatillos and lime for a vibrant, zesty drink.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Tomatillos, husked and chopped
  • 1 1/2 oz Vodka
  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 4 oz Tomato Juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Hot Sauce (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Celery Salt, for rimming the glass
  • Garnishes: Lime wedges, sliced jalapeños, fresh cilantro, or pickles

Instructions

  1. Rim the glass with lime and dip in celery salt.
  2. In a blender, combine tomatillos, vodka, lime juice, tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce; blend until smooth.
  3. Fill the prepared glass with ice, then pour the blended mixture over the ice.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Garnish with lime wedges, jalapeños, cilantro, or pickles.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños to the mix. If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
