A refreshing twist on the classic Bloody Mary, made with tomatillos and lime for a vibrant, zesty drink.
Ingredients

- 4 Tomatillos, husked and chopped
- 1 1/2 oz Vodka
- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 4 oz Tomato Juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Hot Sauce (adjust to taste)
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Celery Salt, for rimming the glass
- Garnishes: Lime wedges, sliced jalapeños, fresh cilantro, or pickles
Instructions
- Rim the glass with lime and dip in celery salt.
- In a blender, combine tomatillos, vodka, lime juice, tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce; blend until smooth.
- Fill the prepared glass with ice, then pour the blended mixture over the ice.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with lime wedges, jalapeños, cilantro, or pickles.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños to the mix. If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
