A light and refreshing pasta sauce made with creamy cottage cheese and Greek yogurt blended with fresh herbs and garlic, perfect for a comforting dinner.

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 cups fresh herbs (basil, parsley, chives)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pasta of your choice
Instructions
- In a blender, combine cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, fresh herbs, garlic, lemon juice, and salt and pepper. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
- While the sauce blends, boil water in a large pot and add a pinch of salt. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente (about 8-10 minutes).
- Drain the cooked pasta and return it to the pot.
- Pour the Green Goddess Sauce over the hot pasta and gently fold to combine.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
To prevent the sauce from being too thick, add lemon juice or olive oil. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
