- 1/2 cup (75g) cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup (35g) Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
- 1/2 cup (75g) romaine lettuce, shredded
- 1/4 cup (35g) feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup (60g) tzatziki sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate chicken: Toss sliced chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper. Let sit 5 mins (or use pre-seasoned grilled chicken).
- Assemble wraps: Spread tzatziki evenly over tortillas. Layer with lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and feta.
- Roll: Fold sides inward, then roll tightly from the bottom. Secure with parchment paper or foil.
