  • 1/2 cup (75g) romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1/4 cup (35g) feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup (60g) tzatziki sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken: Toss sliced chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper. Let sit 5 mins (or use pre-seasoned grilled chicken).
