- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, grated
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Fresh dill (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to prepare the marinade.
- Coat each chicken breast in the marinade and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through and grill marks appear.
- While grilling, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, minced garlic, and dill in a bowl to prepare the tzatziki. Season with salt to taste.
- Serve the grilled chicken with a generous dollop of tzatziki.
Notes
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes after grilling for juiciness. Store leftovers in airtight containers.
