Description

Delightful bites of creamy goat cheese wrapped in crispy prosciutto, perfect for gatherings or a cozy night in.


Ingredients

  • 4 oz Goat Cheese
  • 2 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 tsp Lemon Zest
  • 1 tsp Chopped Fresh Chives
  • ½ tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 8 slices Prosciutto
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 Handful Microgreens

Instructions

  1. Mix the goat cheese, cream cheese, lemon zest, chives, and black pepper until smooth.
  2. Portion the mixture into eight equal balls and place on a tray.
  3. Wrap each cheese ball with a slice of prosciutto.
  4. Drizzle honey over the wrapped bonbons.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Garnish with microgreens before serving.
