- 8 slices Prosciutto
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 Handful Microgreens
Instructions
- Mix the goat cheese, cream cheese, lemon zest, chives, and black pepper until smooth.
- Portion the mixture into eight equal balls and place on a tray.
- Wrap each cheese ball with a slice of prosciutto.
- Drizzle honey over the wrapped bonbons.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Garnish with microgreens before serving.
