- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Cook the gnocchi according to package directions in a large pot of salted boiling water (usually 2-4 minutes or until they float). Drain and set aside.
- Melt the unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and truffle oil, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet, tossing gently to coat in the sauce.
- Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
Notes
