Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi according to package directions in a large pot of salted boiling water (usually 2-4 minutes or until they float). Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously.
