Description

A sweet and salty mix that’s the perfect pick-me-up during festive get-togethers, combining crispy Chex cereal, fluffy popcorn, crunchy pretzels, and creamy white chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten-free Chex mix
  • 2 cups plain popcorn
  • 2 cups gluten-free pretzels
  • 1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts, unsalted
  • 9 oz white chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Christmas sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Gather a large mixing bowl and a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Add the Chex mix, popcorn, pretzels, and peanuts into the bowl and toss gently.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate and coconut oil. Heat in 30-second bursts, stirring until melted.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the dry mix and stir to coat.
  5. Fold in Christmas sprinkles and any additional add-ins.
  6. Transfer the mixture to the baking sheet, spreading it out evenly, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
  7. Once set, break into pieces and enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks. You can also make it a couple of days in advance.
